The Agency

Régine Feldgen
Director of IMPULSION

Régine Feldgen’s career is punctuated by travels, explorations of different cultures, and encounters with people – experiences that have guided her choices and continue to underpin her devotion to artists and culture.

Taking the quality of human relationships and the relevance of projects as her selection criteria, she has worked with cultural institutions and individual project initiators in France and worldwide.

After graduating in art, photography and cultural management, she left Germany for France in 1990, dreaming of a career devoted to assisting artists with their production

She gained professional experience in the audio-visual department of the Centre Pompidou, in the editing of a contemporary art journal in Paris, and at the ‘Friche de la Belle de Mai’ cultural centre in Marseille; she also took a close interest in the intertwining of art with the new technologies. In 2004, she founded her own cultural agency, Impulsion.

Driven by a desire for innovation in terms of artistic production, she is appreciated by her collaborators for her expertise in personalized support, her listening skills, her perceptiveness and her ability to implement innovative and efficient working methods.

Her accompaniment of interdisciplinary (and often intercultural) projects, notably in the field of photography, takes three main forms: practical individual or group support; help with promotion; development of hybrid business models including cultural sponsorship.

The Impulsion agency is increasingly geared towards the social and solidarity economy. It can accompany you in terms of conception (co-constructing a network), production and coordination, facilitating exchange and dialogue.
